Bolt fleet livery applied over footage of a BAIC ArcFox Alpha T5 autonomous vehicle, following the brand guide. The car drives white in the footage and leaves post wearing the identity. Delivered as one ninety-second film and three thirty-second cuts.
The livery has to bend around the bodywork, pass under the sky reflection and darken in the same shadows as the original take. If any one of the three fails, it reads as a sticker laid on top and the whole film loses credibility. The work was done with a video-to-video flow in Gemini Omni Flash, directed shot by shot: reference frames pulled from the footage itself, a prompt written for that specific shot, and correction driven by the result, in a closed loop. The car still looks like a filmed car, which is the only test that matters.
